Offsets, refunds and interest invoices cover the cases that used to need manual work in your accounting software. Each bank account can carry its own Swiss QR-bill, and consignor payouts can be added to an XML mass payment file for your e-banking. A barcode scanner selects lots by scanning their labels, and labels print on a thermal printer. Lot export templates produce the files that sales platforms expect, and results and registrations can be imported from more platforms. Their changes are included in these notes. ## All changes ### New - New invoices list with advanced filters, ageing status and a count per invoice type, and a redesigned invoice page with an activity feed and alerts. - Bidders to invoice: create the buyer invoices of a whole sale in one step and send the documents straight away. - Offset invoices with opposite balances against each other, with a review screen before you confirm. - Refund a payment to a client, fees included, with an email confirmation. - Interest invoices for late payment, with a default rate calculated per year or per month. - Pay consignors from Selloff and add the payments to an XML mass payment file for your e-banking. - Swiss QR-bill set up per bank account and available on every invoice type where money is owed to you. - Payment terms in days on invoices, and payment confirmation emails with the invoice attached and an online payment link. - Account statements with a balance chart, printed or sent like any other document. - Accounting exports per auction, with a choice of export period. - Vendor fees recorded per invoice line, including VAT on commission and on fees for unsold lots and insurance. - Separate lists and documents for consignor returns, renounced lots, lots to prepare and lots ready for pickup. - Scan lot barcodes to select lots in receipts, shipments and other lists, and print labels on a thermal label printer. - Several dates per auction (viewing, sessions, closing), with start and end times in the auction’s time zone. - Timed (eBay-style) sales: set a closing time per lot and a threshold for extending it when late bids arrive. - Manage auction sessions in one screen and assign lots to a session by range. - Reorder lots by drag and drop, and add catalogue highlights and translated catalogue names. - Lot export templates: configure CSV, XLSX and XML exports for sales platforms, for one catalogue or a whole auction. - Import results and registrations from Drouot, Auction Mobility and ATG, and import bidder lists from Biddr. - A dedicated confirmation document for each bid type (absentee, phone, grouped), sent in the background without duplicates. - Outbid notifications for online bidders, using the document of your choice. - Create a new auction from the unsold lots of a receipt. - Additional fees on receipts, and a manual receipt reference when you need one. - Merge duplicate contacts, including their consignments, appraisals and roles. - Invoice appraisal work, with a dedicated appraisal document. ### Improved - New PDF engine: long tables break cleanly across pages, and Google Fonts can be used in documents. - Document templates gain tags, duplication and a check that every token used exists. - Email tracking list rebuilt with sorting, pagination and a choice of columns. ### Fixed - Timed sales stay in the calendar after all their lots have closed. -
