# Selloff 3.0.3

> Selloff 3.0.3 adds cover bids on phone bids, a consignors-to-pay page, bulk scan validation and several invoicing improvements. Phone bids now carry an optional cover amount bid by the telephonist only if the call fails, printed on every sheet and client document. The scan validation page lets staff validate a whole page or lot at once.

## Highlights

- Cover bids on phone bids
- Consignors-to-pay page
- Bulk scan validation by page or by lot
- Already issued proformas column on bidders to invoice
- Sale date shown in invoice and proforma sale selection

## All changes

### New

- Phone bids carry an optional cover: an amount the telephonist bids for the client only if the call cannot be established or drops before the hammer.
- Phone bids can be added by single lot, single lot with cover or range of lots, with a preview of the range before saving.
- Covers are printed on the auctioneer's console, the book of bids, the telephonist sheets and the phone bidders summary.
- Client confirmations and bidder documents show the cover amount and its condition alongside each phone bid.
- A cover stays out of the current bid and live bidding, so it can stand next to the client's own absentee bid on the same lot.
- Consignors-to-pay page listing the consignors still awaiting payment, for auctions and direct sales.
- Validate a whole page or all pending scans of a lot at once on the scan validation page.
- When bidder proformas are enabled, the bidders-to-invoice tab shows an "Already issued proformas" column with links to each proforma.
- Sale date column in the invoice and proforma sale-selection modal, so sales from different sessions can be told apart.

### Improved

- Bid forms clear the lot, range and amount fields after a successful save, ready for the next entry.
- Security improvements.

### Fixed

- Consignment payable amounts include statement lines not spread over a lot, such as fees-only VAT and manual lines.
- Field automator rules with a taxonomy "contains" constraint work correctly when the lot has no category in that taxonomy.
- Automatic telephonist assignment no longer gives one telephonist two clients on the same lot, and counts the telephonists needed correctly, when a client's phone bids form several ranges.
- The winning amount of a lot updates reliably after every bid.
- The cancelled-bid confirmation message shows the bid or sale number.
- The re-assign modal on the scan validation page opens correctly when a lot is found.
