## Always the current version

Selloff is delivered as a service, so there is no version to install and no upgrade project. When we release improvements and fixes, our team deploys them to your instance and your data moves with them. Updates are included in your subscription at no extra cost. Optional modules and services, such as [appraisals](https://www.selloff.auction/features/appraisals.md) or [Selloff Live Auction](https://www.selloff.auction/features/live-auctions.md), are enabled separately.

## Built around your house

Auction houses do not all work the same way. When your house needs something the standard product does not do, we can develop it: an import from your previous software or from a partner's file format, a specific document, a new export or an adjustment to a workflow. Specific imports built for individual houses are already part of Selloff.

## Connect your own tools

Your website can show catalogues, register clients, take bids and let clients see their invoices and consignments through the Selloff API; the [WordPress](https://www.selloff.auction/integrations/wordpress.md) plugin provides these pages ready-made. API keys connect other systems, such as an ERP or a website built by your agency.
