## What we are building

A capture panel inside the normal lot form. You photograph the object, record a short voice note or type what you know about it, and Selloff prepares proposals: a title and description written in the style of your existing lots, the additional description fields your house uses, and categories from your own taxonomy.

## How it will work

- Each proposal appears next to what the lot already holds. You tick what you want to keep, and the lot is saved through the usual form and checks.
- Nothing is overwritten silently: a proposal is only preselected where the field is empty.
- The AI never touches prices, consignors or receipt numbers.
- Every source consulted is recorded with the lot, so you can always see where a statement comes from.
- Photos are filed as ordinary lot images; the voice note stays private.

## Who it is for

Catalogue specialists preparing large sales, and staff describing objects during appraisal days or at a client’s home.
