## What we are building

A describing status for every lot, separate from its sale status (sold, unsold, returned and so on). It answers one question: how far along is the description of this lot?

## How it will work

- Built-in statuses cover the usual steps: draft, AI draft, described, reviewed and validated.
- You can add your own statuses, translate and order them, and decide which ones count as complete.
- The catalogue list shows, for each catalogue, how many lots are at each status and how many are complete.
- The status belongs to the lot and follows it when it is offered again in another sale.

## Who it is for

Heads of department and catalogue coordinators who need to know, days before a deadline, which lots still need work and who should review them.
