## What we are building

A **Find buyers** action on the lot. Selloff compares the lot with the lots each client has bid on or bought, and returns a ranked list of clients to contact.

## How it will work

- **Similar lots:** lots that resemble the one in front of you, based on their descriptions, count the most.
- **Bid strength:** a purchase counts more than a phone bid, an absentee bid or a bookmark, and interest in several similar lots counts more than a single bid.
- **Collecting areas:** clients whose collecting areas match the lot rank higher.
- Each client in the list shows the factors behind the score and the lots that support it, so you can judge before picking up the phone.

## Who it is for

Specialists preparing calls and mailings before a sale, and teams looking for a buyer for an unsold lot after the sale.
