Selloff is developed in Geneva by Octoplus Solutions, and support comes from the same team. The support widget built into Selloff is available best effort for any question about using the software, a setting or a situation during a sale. Premium support by telephone and email is also available, subject to special conditions. For delicate settings, such as online payment gateways, the documentation itself recommends contacting us rather than experimenting.

On site for your sales

A dedicated team is ready to travel and be present in the saleroom during your sales. On-site support is arranged case by case, with special arrangements made in advance.

Documentation built into the application

Every module has its page in the in-app documentation, in English and French: what each screen does, every field and option, and how settings relate to each other. It follows the order of the menu, from contacts and consignments to sales, accounting, shipments, settings and administration, and is updated as the software evolves.
