Interface customisation

Your screens

Each user works in English, French or German, with their own time zone and number of results per page. Lists such as lots, invoices, payments or contact lists let each user choose the columns they display, and Selloff remembers the choice.

In the description interface, you decide which fields appear in the main and secondary panels, set defaults (currency, packaging, tax type, catalogue image size) and choose how lot references are generated. Additional lot fields hold the information your specialty needs, and field automations fill in lot fields from the categories selected. Additional fields can also be shown in the shipping screens.

Your brand

Branding settings apply your identity to everything Selloff produces:

• emails: colours of text, links, headings, buttons and panels, and your logo in the header with the Gold licence
• PDFs: title and body fonts from Google Fonts, colours, sizes, margins, header and footer, and the columns shown on receipts, delivery receipts, sales slips and invoices
• payment page: font, colours and the information shown
• labels: size and content of barcode labels

Each branch has its own logo, address and footers on documents and emails.

Your words

Every text your clients receive by email, in PDFs or through the API can be edited in any language you want. Letters and documents are built from templates that you control.

Who uses it

Administrators set up the description interface, branding and texts once. Each user then adjusts their own lists and preferences without affecting colleagues.
