Interenchères

Export your catalogue from Selloff as an Interenchères XML file, with lot identifiers, estimates, reserves and photo links already in the platform’s format.

Interenchères

What the Interenchères integration does

Interenchères is a French online auction platform on which auction houses publish their sales and take bids. Selloff generates the catalogue file Interenchères expects, so that you describe your lots once in Selloff and publish them on the platform without re-typing.

How it works

  1. In Settings › Integrations, enter the gateway ID and universal ID provided by Interenchères.
  2. Build and number your catalogue in Selloff as usual.
  3. From the catalogue, choose Export and the Interenchères file. Selloff produces an XML file in the Interenchères lot import format, with one entry per lot:
    • a unique identifier built from your two IDs, the sale and the lot number;
    • order number, category, description and your internal reference;
    • low and high estimates, starting price and reserve;
    • the URLs of the lot photos, with their captions.
  4. Upload the file to Interenchères.

The integration settings also define the bidder type, bid origin and client external reference to use for Interenchères bidders.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need from Interenchères to set up the export?

Your gateway ID and universal ID, both provided by Interenchères. You enter them once in the Selloff integration settings; Selloff uses them to build a unique identifier for every lot in the export file.

Which lot fields are included in the Interenchères file?

Each lot carries its identifier, order number, category, description, low and high estimates, featured-lot flag, your internal reference, starting price, reserve and the list of photo URLs with captions. Fields such as dimensions, weight or fees are present in the file but left empty.
