Export your lots to Auction Mobility in its CSV format, then import its registrations and results files to bring bidders and sold lots back into Selloff.
Auction Mobility gives auction houses online bidding under their own brand, on their website and in white-label iOS and Android apps, for live simulcast and timed sales. Selloff works with it through CSV files, so no API key is needed.
Choose Auction Mobility Results and upload the registrations and lots files of the same Auction Mobility sale. Every sold lot is recorded as a sale for its winning bidder at the sold price, ready for automatic invoicing; fees set on the Auction Mobility bid origin are added to the buyer's invoice. The AuctionMobility - Post-Auction (CSV) template then exports prices realised and lot status (sold, passed, withdrawn).
A review screen comes before every import. Selloff matches each bidder by the Auction Mobility customer ID stored on the client record, then by email address, and otherwise suggests similar clients or a new contact. The Auction Mobility paddle number can be kept as the Selloff bidder number. An administrator sets the bidder type, bid origin and client external reference once in Settings › Integrations › Auction Mobility; the imports appear once that reference is chosen.

Frequently asked questions
No. The integration works with CSV files. You export your lots from Selloff with the Auction Mobility templates and upload the file to Auction Mobility, then import the registrations and lots files exported from Auction Mobility into your Selloff sale. No API key is needed.
The registrations import brings in the bidders registered for your sale, without bids, so that they have a client record and a bidder number before the sale. The results import is used after the sale: it reads the registrations file and the lots file of the same Auction Mobility sale and records every lot sold to an Auction Mobility bidder as a sale, ready for invoicing.
Yes. With Preserve platform bidder number, each bidder created from an Auction Mobility import keeps their Auction Mobility paddle number as their Selloff bidder number, so numbers match on both sides. If that number is already held by another client in the sale, the import reports it for that bidder instead of creating a duplicate.
