Receiving consignments
Each consignment is recorded on a receipt linked to the consignor's record, with the sales terms that apply (consignment receipts & signed documents). Lots get a unique reference and a barcode label at intake, so every dress, bag or piece of jewellery can be found again in the stockroom.
Photos and catalogue
Garments and bags need several views: front, back, labels, hardware, signs of wear. Photo import attaches images in bulk and flags lots missing a required view. Lots are then published on your website through the WordPress plugin (online catalogue publishing).
Online sales
Selloff supports live auctions, eBay-style timed sales, fixed-price sales and sales by offers (sales & auction types). In timed sales, each lot closes at its own time and late bids can extend the closing, as buyers of online fashion sales expect.
Payment and shipping
Invoices carry a payment link for online payment through Saferpay, Stripe or another gateway. Shipments are priced with the shipping cost matrix and packed by scanning lot barcodes. Accounting entries can be exported to Quadra or another accounting package.

Does Selloff support timed online auctions?
Yes. Besides live auctions, Selloff runs eBay-style timed sales: each lot closes at a set time, and a bid placed shortly before the close can extend it by a number of minutes you configure.
Can buyers pay online?
Yes. Every invoice can carry a payment link to a Selloff checkout page, where buyers pay by card through the gateway you use, such as Saferpay, Stripe or Datatrans. You can pass a surcharge or fixed fee on to the buyer.
