Invoicing and payments

Selloff 2.4 rebuilds the invoice list and the invoice page. Bidders to invoice creates all buyer invoices of a sale in one step. Offsets, refunds and interest invoices cover the cases that used to need manual work in your accounting software. Each bank account can carry its own Swiss QR-bill, and consignor payouts can be added to an XML mass payment file for your e-banking. See automatic invoicing and e-banking payment transfers.

After the sale

Consignor returns, renounced lots, lots to prepare and lots ready for pickup each have their own list and documents. A barcode scanner selects lots by scanning their labels, and labels print on a thermal printer. See shipments and barcode scanning.

Sales and catalogues

An auction can now have several dates with times and a time zone, sessions are managed in one screen, and timed sales give each lot its own closing time. Lot export templates produce the files that sales platforms expect, and results and registrations can be imported from more platforms. See sales and auction types and bid import.
